Right to Know Notice - Proposition 65

You may have observed a warning on our product packaging:

Warning: Cancer and Reproductive Harm - www.P65Warnings.ca.gov

This warning is a result of California Law, referred to as the “California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986”, known more commonly as Proposition 65.

This warning does not mean that Jesel products are unsafe or will unnecessarily cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive harm. A Proposition 65 warning does not mean a product is in violation of any product safety standard. Rather, the warning is a “Right to Know” warning.

In the production of Jesel products, chemicals may be used in the products or packaging that are included on the Proposition 65 list. While Jesel products are believed to be safe when used as designed, we are providing this warning to be in compliance with Proposition 65. The warning has been applied to all Jesel products and packaging, as Jesel products are shipped nationwide.
